Anxiety Attacks?

I’ve been having anxiety attacks-fear of everything, my mind running away with me, and this leads to crying that I can’t seem to get under control. Today, the thought and talk of sending to kids to preschool has set me over the edge w/uncontrollable crying. Anyone that could help w/suggestions to get control of my life is greatly appreciatied. I have a fear of going to a doctor about this too before someone suggest it. Could there be a natural approach?

You could try some herbs, such as Valerian or St. John’s Wort. A therapist could also help you to develop strategies for decreasing anxiety. I do also want to say, that tere is nothing embarassing about telling your doctor. I have been on meds for several years and it made the difference between being able to do my job and being too crazy to do it.

Try meditation and yoga. Good luck. Debbie

A wonderful natural approach to anxiety attacks is Valerian. Most people usually buy this in tea form. When you drink it it calms you down greatly.

first i openly talked about my panic attacks w the people areound me..my family/boyfriend…that way they don’t flip out and enhance my flipping out..if that makes sense…I taught them the best ways to help me curve my attack…..my husband would take meoutside to run around the apt complesx..if it still didn’t go away he would drive me to the nearest hospital and jutst drive around the parking lot….that helped me tremendously knowing that people and machines to save my life (b/c you feel like you are dying)…were w/in seconds from me….i never went in though! no need b/c they would go away….good luck…pray!…they are awful!
